Bistroy Les Papilles, Paris

I can't say that I become obsessed with some places, infatuated is a better word.  So, the new focus of my infatuation is Les Papilles, a wonderful bistro about a ten-minute walk from the Luxembourg Gardens.  This is a very popular restaurant that somehow flew under my radar.  Reservations are a must and lunch or an earlier dinner is much easier to book than a dinner after 8pm.  My first time at Les Papilles was with my mom, and after the first spoonful of the delicious broccoli soup, I decided to book another lunch for when I would be in Paris about a month and a half later and this time with my husband.   The owner, Bertrand Bluy's mission is to "serve beautiful products, prepared simply, and paired with good wine".  Well, he accomplishes that quite nicely.  This is an unforgettable meal in my opinion. City-Pharma, Paris

  If there was one place in Paris, besides a pastry shop, where I tend to lose my mind, it would be at City-Pharma, a pharmacy steps away from Boulevard Saint Germain.  Whenever I'm there every product I lay my eyes on sounds like a wonderful idea, and something that the skin on my face will sag to my chest without.   Whether I need it or not, if I see a nice looking woman next to me picking it up, I will also consider buying it.  If it can do that for her it surely will work wonders on me! City-Pharma is one of the most popular places in Paris when it comes to lotions, potions, and everything that might make wrinkles fade, skin appear healthier or glowing, lips to perk up, hair get shinier, and simply all the stuff we need to make us feel and look great.
